1. What This Website Is

Andrews County Criminal History is a private reference resource independent of government. It neither stores official records nor retrieves them, performs official checks, or submits filings.

Its purpose is to identify the Andrews County Sheriff, criminal courts, Texas Department of Public Safety repository, Texas Public Sex Offender Registry, and outside tools that may assist personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. Texas law and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry warnings restrict misuse of registry information. Registry access supports public safety awareness and does not authorize vigilantism or unlawful action against a listed person.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any check for a regulated purpose must come from an authorized Texas Department of Public Safety channel or a compliant consumer reporting agency.
